The Federation Values - Community
At our school, community is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that a strong, supportive community creates a sense of belonging where every student feels valued, respected, and included. By working together, celebrating our diversity, and showing kindness, we build meaningful connections that help us all grow. We encourage collaboration, responsibility, and mutual respect, knowing that when we support one another, we create an environment where everyone can succeed and thrive.

At The Heritage Coast Federation, we believe that the value of community brings together our other core values of Hope, Trust, and Respect. Through Christ, we are united in fellowship, supporting and caring for one another as one big family. The Bible reminds us in Romans 12:5, "So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others," showing us that together, we are stronger and can build a loving, respectful, and hopeful community for all.

In our community, strong and bright,
We want everyone to treat each other right,
Kindness shared from friend to friend,
A place where care will never end.
We want the grown-ups to understand,
Respect for children goes hand in hand,
Our voices matter, our dreams are strong,
Together we all belong.
We want our streets to be safe and clean,
A drug-free zone — that’s what we mean,
A place where families laugh and play,
Feeling happy every day.
When visitors come, we hope they see,
This is our home, where we feel free,
A special place, for you and me,
Safe, respected, as it should be.
