The Federation Worship Team

Our Worship Leaders play a vital role in the spiritual life of our school. Their main aim is to help lead and improve collective worship, making it meaningful, engaging, and reflective for everyone. The team is made up of children from each year group from Year 1 to Year 6. They are supported by a member of staff and our foundation governors, who guide and encourage them in their role.

Worship Leaders help plan and lead assemblies, choose themes, read prayers, and sometimes act out Bible stories. They also gather feedback from other pupils to help make worship even better. Through their work, our Worship Leaders grow in confidence, develop leadership skills, and help everyone in school feel included and inspired in our shared worship.
